Carefully remove the chair and all its components from the box. Check to ensure that all parts are present.
Place the base on the floor with the wheels facing down. Insert the gas lift cylinder into the center hole of the base. The cylinder should fit snugly and click into place. Attach the five-star base cover onto the base.
Insert the gas lift cylinder into the center hole of the seat plate. Make sure it clicks into place. Then, slide the chair mechanism onto the gas lift cylinder. Tighten the screws to secure the mechanism onto the cylinder.
Attach the armrests to the mechanism by sliding them onto the mounting holes. Then, secure them with the screws provided. Make sure they are tightened securely.
Slide the backrest onto the mounting holes on the mechanism. Tighten the screws to secure it in place.
Align the holes on the seat plate with the mounting holes on the mechanism. Secure the plate to the mechanism with the screws provided. Make sure they are tightened securely.
Attach the headrest and lumbar support to the backrest using the straps provided. Adjust their position to your comfort.
Test the chair to ensure it is stable and all components are secure. Adjust the height of the chair to your desired level using the lever under the seat.
